SEMINAR CONTENT:

Join experts in brownfields reuse to discuss how smart growth and green

building facilitate brownfields revitalization, while benefitting the

economy, local quality of life and the environment. Case studies

presented will include successful redevelopments of both large and small

brownfields sites, including Atlantic Station, the 2004 Grand Prize winner

of The Phoenix Awards (a national award recognizing excellence in

brownfields revitalization). This is Part II of a two-part series; an
