About The Event:

Soaring oil and gas prices, mounting energy security concerns, and growing political support are driving the prospects for renewable energy (RE) development to new heights. A new momentum in RE development is creating an environment of unprecedented opportunity to get RE deals done. Yet, to take full advantage of this opportunity, new financial structures need to be developed. Those players who possess the latest thinking and embrace new, creative finance structures will be those who succeed in participating in the accelerated RE deal flow.

Renewables Finance 2005 is slated to serve as the stage where RE CFOs, investors, lenders, attorneys, and other RE finance players can examine the current state-of-the-art in renewable finance structures and explore the new, creative solutions that will be needed to increase RE deal flow in the future. More than a conference, this unique event will provide the RE finance community an in-depth look into the details of successful structures and provide the innovative ideas that can be employed to get future deals done! The event will center on detailed case studies of the latest successful RE finance structures for multiple renewable technologies. The case studies will be followed by panels, where leading RE finance experts representing capital, sponsors, risk allocation and tax incentives will provide analysis and interrelate the studies to current market conditions, discuss other innovative structures, and explore the opportunities for applying creative solutions in one renewable technology sector to other renewable sectors. The event is designed to enable attendees to take away the know-how that will help them push successful RE deals to completion. Register today!
