Renewables and Energy Efficiency Conference

Law Seminars International is presenting the first major conference on the law, policy and economics of "Renewables and Energy Efficiency" in the Northwest, Aug. 11 & 12, 2005, in Seattle, WA.

Co-chaired by Robert D. Kahn of Robert D. Kahn & Co., and Peter D. Mostow of Stoel Rives LLP, the conference features a distinguished faculty of regulatory, industry and legal energy professionals who will address regulatory and legislative initiatives; federal R&D investment; the role of local governments; state policies; the utility role in clean energy; environmental considerations; the financial market's role; market-based approaches to facilitating renewable energy, and, transmission infrastructure investment.
