officially changing its name into Conergy, Inc. Conergy AG, Germany purchased 80
percent of Dankoff Solar Products Inc. in early 2005 to expand its global
presence in solar markets. Conergy, Inc. is headquartered in Santa Fe, New
Mexico with additional warehouses and sales offices located in Pennsylvania,
California, Arizona, and North Carolina. Conergy, Inc is a wholesale only
supplier of renewable energy components and a manufacturer of solar water pumps.
Conergy, Inc currently employs 25 people. Conergy AG, headquartered in Hamburg,
Germany employs over 500 people world wide and has offices in over 15 countries
and cites after-tax results of more than US$ 27 million in 2005.
