Gexa Corp's second quarter produced $62 million of revenues and $112 million for the first half.
     But did they make any money?
     Net income before taxes for those periods was $2.5 million and $6.9 million compared to a loss in the quarter of $87,000 and $478,000 in the like six
months.
     For the revenues that's a 190% and 227% jump.
     The firm as of June 30 had over 82,000 active customer meters using over 747,000 mwh in the second quarter up from 45,000 customers and 298,000 mwh for that quarter last year.
     "Our goal is to continue our customer growth at a rate of several thousand customers/month," Gexa added.
     The firm started trading on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, under the symbol GEXA, "a very significant milestone in the growth of our company," said CEO Neil Leibman (www.gexaenergy.com).
