FERC Commissioner Kelly to Speak at Energy in the Southwest Conference

FERC Commissioner Suedeen Kelly will address changing energy markets at the Annual "Energy in the Southwest" Conference, July 15 and 16, 2004, El Dorado Hotel, in Santa Fe NM.

This annual conference for energy professionals from all over the country is an important update on evolving technologies, policies and practices shaping the energy sector of the future.
