EPA is holding a public meeting to receive public comments on the proposed

rule that would set standards and practices for all appropriate inquiries.

The public meeting will be held in Washington, D.C. on October 20, 2004

from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST in the EPA East Building at 1201

Constitution Ave. N.W., Room 1153. The meeting is open to the public and

any person may speak. We encourage those planning to give oral testimony

to pre-register with EPA. Those planning to speak at the public meeting
