IRAN TO PROVIDE ENERGY FOR NORTHERN IRAQ REPORTS

According to "Tehran Times", Iran will provide electrical energy for some parts of Iraq including north of the country as of late June, an Iraqi radio quoted an official with Patriotic Union for Iraqi Kurdistan.Radio Azad of Iraq (Iraq's Freedom Radio) quoted an official saying that the power supply for Iraq was agreed on in talks held this week between Iranian and Iraqi local officials in Tehran. There have already been other reports about connecting eastern and western Iraqi provinces to Iran's power network.
